Bolivia Knows What's Up. America?

My Aunt Margaret, whom I consider one of the strongest, right on women I know, regardless of her status as my Godmother (disclaimer), has the following magnet on her Jersey Shore fridge: "01/20/09." Simple, succint, brilliant: Dubya's, and perhaps more excitingly Cheney's, last day in office. While attempting (and failing) once again to organize my So Am footage I came across this nugget of graffiti from somewhere Bolivia, most likely La Paz. Ironic, no? Anti-Bush graffiti in PEACE, Bolivia?
